Succulent Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (one for each person for whom you are cooking)
- Two lemons
- Celery
- One small onion
- Olive oil/ olive oil spray
- Your choice of pasta

Supplies needed
- A pan for frying
- A pan for baking
- A small pot
- Aluminum foil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Chop the onion into as small of pieces as you can
- Chop two stalks of celery
- Cut one of the lemons into slices, and the other in half
- Pour some olive oil in the frying pan, and cook the chicken for about two minutes on each side on medium heat
- Line the baking pan with foil, and put a layer of lemon slices, celery slices, and onion on the foil
- Place the chicken over that, and cover with the remaining lemon, celery, and onion
- Use one of the lemon halves for its juice, cover the chicken with lemon juice, and fold the foil over
- Bake for 30 minutes
- While it is baking, cook the pasta according to its directions
